What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Creating the hover effects on the card and article image!

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Getting the summary to fit within the card. Being that p elements are block level items I had a hard time trying to figure out how to style it so it look just like the original.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Working with block level elements. Any feedback is appreciated!

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Im most proud of completing the challenge I really liked the way the original design looked so I pushed myself to see if I could recreate it as close as possible. Don't have any comments on what I would do differently next time at the moment. Im just glad I was able to do a similar job! :)

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge I encountered was probably getting the two card elements to stack upon each other during a screen resize from desktop to mobile.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I would like feedback on correctly using the span element. I had a bit off trouble using multiple classes to achieve the design I wanted but it ended up working out.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I think I'm most proud of getting the width of the container to adjust at a certain point when resizing the page. I would probably try to style all the elements with less CSS rather than having them in their own classes.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Ran into a few challenges with this particular project. One of them being the automatic resizing of the image within the container. Very time consuming for me to get it the correct way. Another challenge was inserting the text at the bottom of the page to be directly under the container and not on the side of it. I noticed one problem with the nutrient points not being aligned when the page is in a mobile view. I sadly couldn't figure this one out.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Im not so sure but, I would definitely love some feedback as any is encouraged and would be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to look at my solution to this challenge.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Super proud of the subtle ease in and out effect when hovering over the card. Not sure what I would do differently next time but I'm satisfied with how the final design came out. Update: I realized that I went completely off the rail compared to original. :/. forgive me!

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Encountered a super difficult challenge when moving the mouse away from the card. The transition was abrupt and ruined the overall experience of the effect. I overcame this issue by eating Ben and Jerry's Milk and Cookies ice cream after I finished I managed to unlock reality warping powers and achieved the smooth transition when moving the mouse away from the card.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Definitely proud of getting this project to look eerily similar to the original in under a hour. Being familiar with HTML and CSS through freeCodeCamp lessons allowed me to quickly know where to start and what to do. One thing that I would do differently is not spend so much time on one problem that I'm not able to implement.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

There was one B I G challenge that I encountered and sadly was not able to recreate. It being the slight box shadow under the card which I spent about 15 mins at the end of everything else trying to figure how to make it. It's very subtle and faint if you notice it. Even for the fate of humanity I wasn't able to overcome this problem. sigh.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

One problem I would like help with is understanding the parent and child relationship css has to its core with elements. I'm not so sure if I did it completely right but eventually I settled on using the margin property to get the div holding the card to the center of the page. Knowing how and where to set up the Display, Justify-content, Text- align properties to get the style on any given area of the webpage would motivate me more than David Goggins running everyday. The other advice I would like some pointers on is how to use a computer and how to use the internet, this is a problem that has puzzled me for centuries.
