It looks great on my end! I only have two comments to add. First one is that the background color is a hint of purple when in the design image, it is white-gray color. Second one, when going to Mobile view, the quote image shouldn't be appearing. I believe it should only appear in the desktop view. Other than that, Great job!
While it's not exact, I can tell you were trying your best to match with the screenshot. It looks good, just some minor details that need to be adjusted in my opinion. For example, the use of tags like <br> is unnecessary because it can be cumbersome to go back and fix the paragraph. I would just let it naturally expand when the user changes the screen size instead of forcefully breaking the sentence. My last comment is when viewing in Mobile with a width of 375px, the cards aren't centered. The cards are touching the edge of the screen so that would be my only issue as a Mobile user.

This time I got some clear ideas about flexbox. But in the next project I will use some other technique. In fact, I will try this one also making in any other way.

It looks great on my end! My only comment is to add more padding to the Avatar's description. Also, the links text has a bit more weight to it according to the design and add a little bit more padding on bottom/top of the links. Other than that, I like it! Good job!
Although I didn't have the figma file, I was able to get to the same design layout as the preview.
I would probably give everything a class name when I'm working on the HTML page as I found myself going back to add them.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?Setting up the links where they would highlight on hover. I initially had the anchor tag nested within the li elements and it wouldn't highlight the text if i was hover on the li element.
I was able to play around the code and nested the li element inside the anchor element to ensure that the whole container would lead to the desired link.

Looks great Jose! I do believe you are missing the LinkedIn link though haha. As far as your concern about centering the main container, you could also use "position: absolute" trick. You can set the "top: 50%" and "left: 50%" and finally "transform: translate(-50%, -50%)".
