have difficulty with two images, but can revolve

As I'm studying, it ended up being quite easy, I hope everything is ok

The main problem I'm having is with the responsiveness of the site.

A dificuldade que tiver foi com relação a @media query, para mudar a imagem. E acho que tem algo errado nessa area do codigo. Se alguem pode comenta o que esta errado!
