Facing font-size issues , opening perfectly in Firefox but the font-size gets bigger each and every time in chrome browser.

How would I fix this ?

I think I have achieved the result but I am getting different results in different browsers. It is opening perfectly in Firefox but in chrome everything becomes a mess. How do I fix it?
