Tried to improve my CSS skills with DRY principles and responsive layout, while using semantic HTML elements for better accessibility and concise code structure.

Would really appreciate for more ideas or improvements in context of:

• CSS frameworks /libraries to learn for industry purpose
• Code solution for this challenge specifically:

1. List-items (<li>)
2. @media queries
3. Responsive layout
4. HTML code structuring
5. Optimization and Fast load-time

Any feedback on the solution and improvements regarding efficient CSS styling is welcome.

• Also any ideas on how to approach/tackle problems like these to complete the task within estimated time-frame will be very helpful

I was having difficulty in visualizing the CSS concepts like viewport and width, aligning items in flexbox etc and the related interference caused in the result thereby taking much time than expected.

Any feedback on improvements/best practices in HTML/CSS code, and ideas to tackle above problem is welcomed.
