#next#react#shadcn#react-hook-formPSubmitted 2 months agoI want to know how can I optimize the app more because it is kind of slow in terms of its performance. I also want help with handling dark mode because it starts as light mode first when loading before it detects that it should be dark mode and I feel like that this is a good user experience. Is there a better way to handle it?

I am very proud for constructing an app by taking efficiency and performance as my primary goals. I think that i need to work harder at those sections in order to achieve better results. I love React!
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?Making the app as performant as possible is something that i got struggled with. I need to work harder in order to fully understand some tools for achieving this.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?Learning some hooks like useMemo, useCallback and useReducer and their applications in the context of performance is somethink that i need help with.
P@sophia-seeThe app is great! It is fast to loading the data and displaying the items. I just suggest that you can make the whole country card in homepage clickable because currently only the image is clickable. I also found that the border countries were not displayed even though the country has it.

There was a part where setting up the state for result component in the calculator component was giving a typeError, i tried to few times to solve it but couldn't so to solve this, i made the app.jsx the parent state for the result component.
P@sophia-seegreat, it is working with form validation. you can use the design to further practice your styling skills.
