@Tomiwa Orimoloye, UI and code look so clean and satisfying. Great work!! I've also worked on this project.
One observation - input fields are accepting any text, why don't you use input type number! And what does caret.js do here?

Here are my observations: The results card would show nothing until Bill, Select Tip%, and Number of People fields are filled and validated. You could use conditional rendering for that. The Reset button would be disabled until all input fields are filled and validated. App would have max-width to match with designs.

Looks great!! Nice work. There is some room for UX improvements like hover styles, disabling the reset button until all fields are filled.
