Your project came up for my feedback review, this only being the second project I am having a very similar problem to yours with the scale. I am not very good with Figma yet and I think that may be where the problem lies. Your code looks similar to way I styled mine, and having a similar problem I wish I could give you some better feedback. Keep going you are doing great!

This was my first challenge and this is my first time giving feedback. Your code looks pretty good to me or at least similar to mine as far as the html goes. I had the same sort of scaling problem which may have been due to my first time using figma and mis-reading the dimensions or possibly some incorrect CSS. I wish I could give you better feedback but I am still learning myself. Keep up the good work
