  Thanks, Grace! Yeah, I had a hard time deciding which to use radio or checkbox. Most of the examples online used checkboxes, although the radio button makes more sense to use. Also thanks, for looking at my code and the notes that you provided this is super helpful, and will apply them to future projects. It's good to have others look at my code, especially since I am self-taught and need feedback to what are the best practices. Again, I very much appreciate it.

  Also, if someone could tell me why the screenshot is generating differently from what my website actually looks like? Noticed the title is not correct in the screenshot but looks like the design on my actual website! thanks!
