This practice project was very interesting and difficult to get right. I would appreciate any resources anyone can share on how to get better at using grids
i'm not proud of because i'm still lacking.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?I learnt a lot of things in this project i learnt drag and drop, current date function, random no. for ticket code.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?help me with improve my code if you can give me advice or suggestion to improve. i'll be grateful.
Nice work. But you did not use Regex on the name and mail input. Users might just type in the wrong information. Regex would have alerted them to that.
Overall i'm quite happy with the outcome.

Nice work, however, I will recommend you remove or don't upload files that are not relevant to the project because it makes your project look disorganised.
For example, some files that came with downloading the project zip folder don't have to be uploaded to your GitHub. They make going through your work inconvenient
