i made a view for both large and small screens however, i dont know to make it responsive. it hides one or the other depending on the screen size. help would be appreciated please. i used bootstrap. #bootstrap

I dont know how this pixels thing work on html. The DOM does not reaaly reflect what i did on the CSS. I dont know why. Help would be much appreciated.
