it was difficult for me , i know i have a loot of wrong codes or tags but i want a helpful feedback to improve my skills in css and javascript spacific

i make it dynamic if you add more li , it will automatically add in thank you section , and the number in it also dynamic , i make all things dynamic as possible please try add or remove to see how dynamic it is

It was difficult to add the background image and put it on right places , i have tried css background but i couldn't make it right , so i put it on html tag and style there places by css , i don't know is that right or not please take a view on the code and tell me what mistakes i did
