That is great ! One thing I want to mention is that when I write negative numbers, it throws the error "Can't be blank". It would be better if it was "Should be a positive number"

I guess you forgot adding CSS file to github that is why it only displays HTML

It also has serious problems with "days" parameter. You can compare my code with yours which may help you to find out your mistakes
