Overall your work is good and you have really done a great job.
but I think you need an eye for UI design so you can try as much as possible to style your work to look as much alike as the intended design.
Also, the Dismiss message on the success page should link you back to the newsletter form.

I got very hard time with javascript but but i manage to cover come the challenge

His work is totally awesome.
But I think he needs to work on the responsiveness of the project. Also, I love the transition feature of the social icons.
