My main problem is happening with the picture elements on mobile devices. I cannot seem to reduce the size of the element enough to prevent horizontal scrolling. Thanks in advance for any feedback and help!

A recurring question is how do you know if a component is "pixel perfect". What methods do you use to translate the mockup to development? Thanks!
