Hi! I saw your work and I would say you did it really nice, everything is working fine and correctly.
I have noticed one issue. As user try to submit empty form then your form height increases little bit, so i would like to suggest you to put fixed height value for form, so that it not resize from its original size. Maybe some little css work will requires to do this.
But overall nice work.

@skyv26 Thank you very much Aakash, I am aware of the problem but I checked the design they gave me and the form was indeed changing height after each error form submission.
