  There are tags that are not used in html but defined in css code, like videos, canvas, ol. Predefined styles can be confusing if in future we modify code. Specially if some other person will do it. After all that is the reason why we reset the default browser styles in the beginning of css file. Hope it is helpful. Thank you.
