In this challenge I used [transition: ease all 0.5s] to smooth out the transition between the mobile and desktop design. Although this seems to make the transition a little more fluid, it still doesn't quite flow. Is there a different way to switch between the two in a smoother way?

Congratulations well done. I don't know exactly what you want to achieve, but if you want to use animations, take a look at CSS Keyframes.
I see that you are using % for border radius. It's best to use px or rem. If you look closer you'll see that the borders are not round all the way.
