I could have organized my code a little bit better but here it is.

I had some problems with js but managed to figure it out, although I would like to be able to call the getRatings function inside the submit button event listener, so an advice on if that is possible is welcome. Also, any feedback on css best practices and any other comments are welcome. Thank you for your time
