I find setting the background's inner shadow difficult and the glow effect. I am curious what is the best practice to write nested selectors in scss. I'm not sure if I write it according to best practices.

Is there any other way to set the background behind the component besides position: absolute?

I tried implementing a Mobile-First workflow development on this project. I feel like I did a good job doing it and it translated easily to the Desktop design. I'm just curious if I did a good job specially I did not do the media query anymore for either designs. Any ideas I can be more comfortable with Mobile-First workflow?
