Do you think is easier build layouts creating my own 12 columns system like bootstrap?; and could you give me some advices about how i can create general components like buttons or forms to use it in every project?
Hi Christian I recommend you build your layouts with css grid layout is easy and help your in responsive design.
To create general components try to read more about SMACSS and atomic design its a great start to choose a way to make it.

Try to don't use the margin/padding to align your items or divs is difficult and not very practical and in the responsive design will be a problem. Try to learn about flexbox and css grid layout. This tools will improve your jobs and make more easy the layout of your website.
