  Your solution looks amazing especially the form validation part

  but you said that you struggled with making the site responsive. For that, I have a couple of suggestions for you

  Always try to go for the mobile first approach as then you will automatically have your site responsive. You can read this article too https://fedmentor.dev/posts/responsive-meaning/
