What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I'm most proud that I was able to work out every problem I had and I would start with scalability in mind. I also would not refine the CSS first. =P

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

    • My learning was rocketshipped with this project, especially where to start/how to begin building and structuring a larger site. I only learned this doing it the wrong way lol but what an amazing learning experience! I made the design pixel perfect in CSS using inline Tailwind first when I really should've built the functionality/bones first. I spent a lot of time redoing the CSS after I refactored a couple times, and I made sure it was very close or improved upon.
    • A recurring issue I was having was dealing with the various image filepaths, and it seemed like the starter file's organization and naming wasn't conducive to streamlining things but perhaps that was intentional? Or maybe just realistic to real life scenarios. =P
    • Learned a lot about how to phrase questions to AI, when I can trust answers and when I should cross-check, the different AI providers strengths, etc.
    • My understanding of what makes certain ways of coding more scalable was also greatly enhanced, and I learned first hand as my website got more and more complex.
    • Much, much more.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Anywhere you see improvements, big or small!

I am still unsure what best practices for tailwind are, and what it's advantages are over regular CSS if you are still creating custom classes and not writing everything inline.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I am proud to have gotten it where I wanted it finally! It's crazy how much I learned in this project so now there are plenty of things I would do differently that I would do next time.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Ran into plenty of snags, but lots of tenacity, time, and AI/Google I was able to work out all challenges- except one.

In mobile sizes, the user result and computer result jump when the computer's result is shown as if there is a layout change, but I have tried out everything to try and fix if that is indeed the issue. It jumps just as the computer's result is shown so it must be around there?

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

The issue I mentioned above but I am very happy to hear any feedback that would be helpful!

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I am proud I got it to look so similar!

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I had some trouble getting the nutrition values to line up correctly and had to use asking AI and MDN documentation whether to use flexbox or grid.

I also was confused on which information to prioritize, the style guide says the font-size should be 16px, which is much better for accessibility and readability but I also needed it to look pixel perfect, and the font size in proportion to the other elements in the design jpgs was much, much smaller.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Please let me know anywhere it can be improved!

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

This felt pretty straightforward without much to do differently

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I didn't encounter too many challenges

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Whatever looks like it can be improved!

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I think I did a good job with matching and trying out BEM CSS

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I tried to use Perfect Pixel extension to match exactly, but the design images and figma images all seemed to be slightly different so I wasn't sure which is more accurate and should be followed for best practice.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I'm not sure, whatever is seen to be improved!

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

This was a simple and straightforward project using vanilla HTML/CSS that didn't seem to trip me up too much
