I am trying to do something different that's why i am added box shadow for making a different look. I think its looks quite batter now. If you have any advice for me please let me know. I'm still learning

This is my 2nd attempt. I try to fix all previous problem as much as possible. this is only for desktop view. mobile view is quite difficult for me. because i am not an expert. I learning day by day.

Responsive nav-bar is difficult of because im a newbie. Please can any one help me? mobile responsiveness areas of code is unfinished. This is only for desktop layout. Im not useful to hamburger Manu because of maybe its need some java script code.
