Figuring out the dimensions for this felt clumsy, possibly because I didn't use border-box. I tried to consider accessibility, and would appreciate feedback on whether I'm going the right direction with my structure and use of semantic HTML.

Neutralizing all default margins and padding with the * selector didn't work in this project, and I'm not sure if that's because I'm missing something I should know or if it's a quirk of Lit or something else.
If anyone wants to see it, my component's CSS is at the end of the qr-code.js file.
