Your design is good but need some improvements you can start by learning more about css paddings margins and fonts i hope this helps you and just continue learning and you will get better soon!

This is my version of the 3-column preview card component.
Difficulties I faced:
- The responsiveness for this project was a little difficult.
As always, if anyone has any advice or tips for fool proof responsive design, any would be appreciated.

If you have time learn Colt steele's tutorial about responsive design it really helped me a lot, and for the container you can use display grid instead of flex but both works fine but with grid you can control the size of the card more equal but overall your design looks good cheers!
