I only use html CSS and bootstrap to complete this solution. I know its not perfect but I have try what I have learnt till now. And I have some problem in make an arrow image responsive also in the bottom images. I am to suggestions regarding my design.

Adding Pseudo Element with different elements is a little bit tricky though I somewhat managed to do that overall its a nice challenge.

Being a 1 month beginner I found difficulty is the css part. Thats why my CSS file contains minimal code if u see. The main problem I am facing with image and and divs sizing maybe i have to work on my basics more.

Styling obviously is easy to moderate level.
