It has many problem I think mine is better but no problem because we are learning

Im trying to find a workflow, so to say, i'd like to make my html architecture and layout decisions in a faster way.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?I find difficult to figure out when it's better to use utility classes or just make a component with specific styles.
