I was able to make the list draggable in the UI, but I'm not so sure on how to translate that to the JavaScript array I'm using to store the to do list itself. When the list renders again, the order gets reset to its default. There is also the problem where dragging the list gets slower and slower the more you change the to do list, and I'm not so sure what is causing that. Any advice?

If anyone can find any bugs, please let me know!
