  The responsive design isn't great but works in the dimensions given. The card numbers update in real time with the user's input. I wasn't sure how to set a default value for the numbers. So currently no numbers show until the user types in the inputs. Any feedback on how to do this would be well appreciated :)

  This is great. Well done! Have you thought of adding placeholders to the cards just like in the sample? That way, it looks more like a card than just a design. Also, the "/" won't be lonely on the front card.
