This was quite a bit of a challenge! :)
I'm sure there is at least one bug is hiding in there, but overall I am happy with the result.

Thank you! Calculate the monthly price was the hardest for me. I think it took me 2 or 3 days to complete the JS part. I have no idea how much time other people need for this. I guess less, but please correct me if I'm wrong. :D I usually spend twice the time as I initially think I would need to complete the project :D
