  Can you give a detailed critique on my beginner level knowledge based on my project?

  Hi, I'm brand new the job, but I can still give you some feedback (that I received on my project). The project is not responsive because you're constraining your .page to a fixed width of 650px; you should instead use max-width: 650px. When you shrink your page, it will be more responsive :)
