while using bootstrap or CSS grid, I realize I can't really position my elements as I want. Why is that?

I have studied and applied the css grid to my code, but I'm still having issue as regards to the mobile view. Please check the mobile query and let me know what I did wrong. Thanks.

1. How do you arrange your elements base on the screen sizes you want (i.e desktop view and mobile view)?

2. why is my web page responding to the browser zoom on desktop but not on mobile?
