    Hello,

Someone can help me with my background. I don't understand how to make it responsive. When I resize my viewport the image disappear.

    Thanks :)

I had no real problems completing this challenge. It allowed me to review the so-called "combined selectors". Feel free to comment for improvements :) Thank you.

This is my 5th Front End Mentor project.

Overall I feel very comfortable writing HTML code. I'm starting to master CSS writing better, I've acquired some automatisms. And I try to simplify my code as much as possible and to make it as readable as possible for everyone. I also try to include some BEM methodology for the choice of class names.

    What I learned :

    • Using "::after" and "::before" pseudo-elements to insert images before text.
    • Use of the overlay on an image to change the image depending on its state (hover).

What I begin to master :

    • Flexbox
    • Variables
    • Margin and Padding

Feel free to comment my code :)

    Hello everobody,

    • I'm a total (French) beginner. I started to learn to code about 2 months ago in total autodidact.
    • I created several versions of this project, first focusing on HTML and CSS to understand deeply the concept of Flexbox.
    • Then I integrated new elements as I went along, the last one being the responsive one to stick as close as possible to the solution.
    • I know my code is far away to be perfect.
    • I had a one question, why on the desktop display, my image and my text container are not the same height?

Thank you for your feedback which I'm sure will help me to progress!
