i was facing some problem like how make user cant select more than one of lists rating and i was thinking about using input radio because with that you cant choose more than one as long as your inputs have the same name attribute

that was a bit chnllenging because there were a lot a validation on a error and of course the date result, i did not include the breakpoints for multi devices so it is suppose to be not responsive

kinda confusing on how to implement transition hidden and display the answer but i figured it out
