you did the right thing using grid, but you need to decrease the width of the cards to match the design

I know, it's really bad, but I'll get better, I like it.
@RemoRemo11Posted about 2 years agoactually, it is good man, you just need to reduce the side margins or paddings a bit and increase the top ones and that's it. just let me tell you, you did a good job. happy coding mate.

Second upload as I was advised that the background was not needed and also found a way to have the three bottom items line up properly in mobile view. I didn't find a way to stylise the offcanvas menu with as in the picture. I used bootstrap built in toggler and didn't know how to make the menu look smaller and the items to be lined up on the right instead of left.
@RemoRemo11Posted about 2 years agofirst things first let me tell you, what a great job you did back there, really nice work, for the elements hidden behind the main content (the L shape and zigzag) let me tell you that you don't have to build these elements, we use the (desktop-design) image downloaded with starter files to build the design, we don't use the (desktop-preview) image like in your case.
you can take a look at my solution, https://www.frontendmentor.io/solutions/newshomepagemain-sj-ZAQ06_d
Goodluck....
