I would recommend you to use classes to select and add style into your HTML. I would also reommend you to use variables in your css, in programming when something repeats it self a lot, it is preferable to use variables to ensure consistency, even though is a short code, its good practice.
The solution has semantic HTML, and it is accessible, the code is easy to read although there are some spelling mistakes in the comments.
The code is well structured and optimized in my opnion, the use of variables in the beginning helps to create a more clean code in css. The HTML structure also looks good and has proper semantincs to what my understanding gives. I give 10/10
