It seems that the HTML file doesn't include any semantic elements I suggest to study more about semantic HTML to improve the code more, viewing the page on my screen it looks very big it does not seem like it is responsive I suggest looking at your page from a smartphone or just a smaller screen the design is not structured

Viewing the site for me it is not centered, I think learning about flexbox or grid would help you centered it automatically and not manually, and you can also style all the link at the same time by using link li {} doing so would make your code look so much cleaner

without others help, I achieve it roughly.
too much css selectors used, look another way to simplify the css code.
