What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Working with data. It's been a while since I used Vanilla JavaScript and this project was a great refresher.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

It took me a while to figure out how to store the email address and display it on the success message.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Validating the form. The logic was correct but I kept missing something with how my code arrangement

    To improve:

    • Changing the input fields css when there's an invalid email in place.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

    • Changing the input fields css when there's an invalid email in place , similar to the design.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Coming back to plain JavaScript reminded me of what I had forgotten and I think it's good practise to follow this learning path.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

The share desktop version. I'm still thinking on how to work on the downward arrow.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

The downward facing arrow perhaps ?

I loved seeing my thinking process when creating this project because it's been a minute since I wrote plain HTML.

Next time I will divide my sections better.

This is my first Guru challenge with React. This is Version 1. For version 2 I want to fix CSS overflow, add the edit feedback page, filters and route and clean up based on feedback that I receive from colleagues and you guys.

    Built with:

    • React.js
    • Tailwind CSS.

I used this Portfolio to create my own SE portfolio using Tailwind CSS and React. This is version 1. I aim to correct a few things such as the Contact links with version 2.

I am learning React from SheCodes and implementing Frontend Mentor designs. This was a simple and easy design that I would recommend for beginners. I would appreciate any feedback.

First app with React! It's a simple implementation but I am happy to be dipping my toes in React and building my confidence.

This was my first time using Chart.js and it really simplified a lot of things for me. This is the first version. In the second version I want to fix the Readme.md, create a blog post for it and maybe increase the widths of the bar graphs.

I've been having trouble with the quirky background images that Frontend Mentor designs have and I'm happy to have achieved this one.

This was such a great challenge in terms of achieving pixel perfect designs. I used Tailwind and I found that the round tailwind classes were very extreme and opted to add vanilla css in my input.css file.

    I also had challenges:

    • Achieving the halfway sliced desktop laptop images.
    • With the mobile sub-menus.
    • With the background shapes.

This is version one. I aim to work through the above challenges slowly and one by one.

    Challenges:

    • Hamburger mobile menu.
    • The background zig zag images.

I have just started with tailwind css and I love my progress so far. I need to improve on the mobile menu and the background images of this site, hopefully by early next week.

I found achieving the hover effect on the SVG button quite difficult and opted to use image. I'm very curious of how those who achieved the hover effect with SVG achieved it.

The most difficult parts were styling the about me section, achieving the design while still upholding BEM model within SCSS files and writing media queries.

The site is mobile responsive but we're yet to optimise for tablets and mobile.

We did not achieve the animated hamburger menu so I'm curious to see how other people have done it.
