I've tried some things here that I'm learning, so I'm inviting you to take a look at the code to see if I'm doing it right. Please don't hesitate to criticize and roast my code.

good exercise, learned a lot like knowing that when both CSS and JavaScript target the same element, then the JavaScript changes are applied over CSS.

I don't know why the text in the button looks squished not stretched like in the design, also why the colors seems so dark unlike the design. is it just my screen ? i don't know. would you care to give me a feedback , Thanks :)

it was a good exercise ,was a challenge dealing with those images, i wish if there is a better implementation though .adding JS was a fun part to me here but even thought i wanted to implemented with only CSS but i couldn't find a way .

writing concise and clear CSS is difficult because it require a good understanding of CSS attributes on which i learned in this simple exercise.
