  First of all congrats on your first submission in front-end mentor. The README.md file that you have hosted in your GitHub is given by the frontend mentor for the challenger's purpose, you have to update the readme-template file for a proper README.md file. In your HTML part of the code, try adding more semantic HTML tags, which can make your design more accessible and readable by the computer. Feel free to ask me if you have any doubts regarding my feedback :)
