The project was amazing and got challenged when working with Javascript events but got a wind of it. Any help on better ways of accomplishing the same results would be appreciated?

Good job, few suggestions, design is not pixel perfect and also add validation user should cant submit if he has not done rating

Good work, few suggestions about the design your submit button has black outline which is not in the design, you have to remove that and also user should not be able to render on thankyou page without clicking on the rating button, kindly do validation in a way, when rating is on, only then user can submit the form and can see thankyou page.
