Finally got it to work, will make sure to draw it out properly.

Got stuck with the image onto of the other image, I managed to get it to work in the end, however not sure it was the best way.

Positioning backgrounds and overlaying.

I had issues with the sizing on the button from switching for mobile to desktop, realised it had to do with padding.

I couldn't figure out why the radius only shows on some corners, checked the margins, paddings etc just didn't work and also there is a white gap under the picture when the the media query kicks in not sure how to over come it?

Feel I got it very close to the design and getting a bit quicker.
