I like your solution. Only some points to review:
-Maybe you have to use a bigger border-radius value for the container.
-The hr label should be lighter, I think.
-The padding of the container should be bigger.
-It would be great if you put some space between the li marker and the text.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?
I'm proud of the final result; I love the styling and the way I've achieved it, finding resources that I never knew existed. These are resources that I will keep using in future projects.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?
I tested my basic knowledge; this was the idea behind starting this project. Many of them weren't easily overcome, but those issues led me to conduct searches that helped me a lot in improving what I've learned. That's the idea: to test myself and refresh my knowledge.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?
I think that CSS is where I've encountered the most problems to solve. While I'm satisfied with the final result, I know that my stylesheet could be improved significantly. Therefore, I would love to receive some suggestions for improvement.
