I'm having trouble with differentiating the positions because not having a accurate figma file, but here is my attempt to the solution.

I try my best the background was hurting my eyes a little with the light color, but I try to fix it the best way...

I'm finally done!! I know it isnt perfect but it is better compared on my first 3 try! I struggle a lot in positioning and flexbox.
Please feel free to comment any of my mistake. So i can do better on my next challenge tomorrow :)

I had the same problem with accessibility, I realize we must follow a hierarchy by h1 -> h2 -> h3. in short terms change your h3 to an h2, and also for the background image use -> "filter: opacity(0.4) drop-shadow(0 0 0 hsl(277, 90%, 60%));". I would recommend "10px" for border-radius to be honest, but everything looks great.
