I have a very general question but I still can't understand it: How do I make it so that when I have the cursor over the image I can change colour?

Is it good practice to use negative pixel parameters? do I have to use grid layout in each element or can I use it once in the global parameters?

What would you use to replace the <br> as line breaks in CSS? can an image and text be centred more efficiently? how would it adapt to a mobile screen?
