This one got a bit messy. I feel like I should have worked out all the form functionality first and then focused on the styling.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?Had some issues with empty form fields showing as invalid. not(:placeholder-shown) to the rescue!

I'm proud of using JavaScript instead of HTML for the structure. I think I can improve it further by creating a JSON file to store the data.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?I had problems with the structure of the HTML, and I had to add more divs to correct it.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?I want to know if I can reduce the amount of code when creating elements directly in JavaScript.

I was able to use grid to make the layout, I will try to write clean CSS code.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?I was unable to use Grid to get the desired shape of the elements, I had to look at other people's solutions to get it right.
