  When I started this was one of the best courses I could find regarding responsive , with a little patience (it is mandatory to see one lesson a day and there are almost 30 lessons) It is free, very explanatory and very modern, I hope it will also help you.

  Regarding your code, I hope that others with more experience can help, but to start, it's not bad, I advise you to deepen the use of "em, rem" for non-dynamic measures and "%" for those that can vary with the viewport, (px is a bit restrictive), all this is explained in the tutorial, keep going and have fun
