In the view, the control in the input of the month and the year was difficult for me. I tried to use a regular expression to check that the value is between 1 and 12.

Also I'm not sure if the responsive view was designed correctly but it works.

If you have recommendations I would like to read them.

I tried my best but I did not know how to define @media to make it responsive. I tried to use min-width and max-width but I was not sure how to do it.
