I can write basic HTML and styling it almost similar to the challenge offer. any feedbacks are greatly appreciated. sorry for my bad english!

I have a problem with the footer element. like how to place the footer element in center.

What is the best approach to create a website, mobile first or desktop first? many people said its the best to come with the mobile first, but I am dont understand how can I start to create a website with small screen.
